Beginners and Returners Glass Fusing

Course details

Glass Fusing is a technique where either clear or coloured glass is melted together inside a kiln, in order to produce larger art pieces. Your imagination's the limit here, think jewellery, bowls, sculptures, panels and ornaments . The course is designed to accommodate your current level and build your knowledge and skills either from scratch or as an opportunity to develop and refresh your skills, come along to this fun and friendly course to learn the basics of fused glass. During this six week course you will explore different ways to manipulate glass into creative forms, starting with the basics of health and safety, firing and working with different kinds of glass, and learning skills in cutting, hanging, relief, bending and patterns. All tools and materials are included and you get to take home your unique works of art at the end of the course.

We can't offer refunds for courses and classes booked, but if, for any reason, you can't attend the whole course your booking can be transferred to a future course or a voucher can be issued to be used at a later date.
