Beginners & Returners Handbuilding

Course details

A much loved Create Classic, we're excited to be running our Beginners and Returners Pottery Hand Building course again, starting on Tuesday 4 June 2024. If you're a complete beginner, or want to improve or refresh or develop your skills, this fun and friendly course will enable you to learn the basics of hand building with clay. During this six week course you will work with pinch, coil and slab construction, and with various methods of decoration including texture, oxides, slip, sgraffito, marbling and glazing. All tools and materials are included and you get to take home your unique works of art at the end of the course.

Cancellation Policy

We can't offer refunds for courses and classes booked, but if, for any reason, you can't attend the whole course your booking can be transferred to a future course or a voucher can be issued to be used at a later date.
